Hon Nanaia Mahuta (Waikato-Tainui, Ngāti Maniapoto and Ngāti Manu) is the Minister of Foreign Affairs and is also Minister of Local Government, and Associate Minister for Māori Development.
Rt Hon Helen Clark has worked with Latin America extensively throughout her career as Prime Minister of New Zealand (1999-2008) and as UNDP Administrator (2009-17).
